Mmm, look at that beautiful bento. This box is a new one that I got from Ichiban Kan USA (secret addiction). How cool is that?! I especially love how airtight the bottom tier is... the only bad thing that I DON'T like about the top is that not only are the sides lattice-work, so is the bottom, so crumbs fall straight out of the bottom :(
Top tier: Roasted beet salad leftover from dinner with DT; marinated artichoke hearts; roasted red peppers for adding to my sandwich; and a stuffed grape leaf hiding in the bottom left
Bottom tier: prosciutto di parma on ciabatta slices with pesto; two mini puddings, one kiku and one mango

OMG - had to re-read this several times -- you have the descriptions reversed!!!

ReplyDeleteActually, if you notice in all of my posts, I always do "Top tier" and "Bottom tier" descriptions based on what is on "top" in the picture, not by how the container actually gets put together. Sometimes they're not in the "right" order in the picture, but I go by that because it's easier to understand :)
