I tilted the picture because people were actually complaining about my lunches all being horizontal. Okay! I aim to please! :)
From the top: mac & cheese; green beans with almond slivers (not quite almondine...); salmon (yes, salmon!) filet cut in half and stacked.
So here's the story: I bought a meal from some place, couldn't finish it, and it ended up here. The End. Not a great story, eh?
Well, kiddies! I'm off to Argentina tomorrow and won't be back till the 23rd. I'll return with a bento probably on the 25th - I say probably because I'll have all Sunday to recover, but who knows how that'll go? We'll see.
